Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide from Spain. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and can be affected by customs inspections or logistical delays beyond our control.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Local Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer once the package arrives. In some cases, the courier may require payment of these fees before delivery.
We are not responsible for any additional charges related to the import process, nor for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Address Accuracy & Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is complete and correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or not collected from customs and returns to us, a refund will be issued once the package is received, minus the original shipping cost and any return fees.
