Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Cuarter piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return window

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return or an exchange, in line with EU consumer law.

Conditions
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging.
  • Items showing signs of use cannot be accepted.
How to start a return or exchange
  1. Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply within 24-48 business hours with the return instructions and address.
  3. Ship the item back. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect — in that case we cover everything.
Exchanges

Want a different cap? Tell us which one when you contact us. As soon as we receive your return, we ship the new one. Exchanges are subject to available stock — remember our drops are limited units with no restock.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days at most (usually much sooner). Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect orders.

Defective or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will solve it at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, your choice.
